I have been involved in residential construction business since 1993. I have worked on various projects that include everything from fixing dilapidated properties to new builds from a dirt start. Furthermore, I have extensive knowledge in the real estate industry. I am extremely detail oriented, focused, hardworking, and a visionary business man. I am proud to emphasize my mutually beneficial partnership and relationship with my vendors, sub-contractors, investors, and other individuals who are involved in working with me.
In 1993 I launched WCS Enterprises Inc. with the main purpose to do remodeling and new builds in the residential industry of real estate in the Denver metropolitan area.
In 1994 I was licensed by the City and Country of Denver as a Class “C” Residential Construction Supervisor.
Between 1994-1998 I worked with a private investor on fixing dilapidated properties in the Denver Metropolitan area.
Between 1998-2004 I was the Developer/Builder and a partner with two other investors where we built five brand new single, “semi-custom” family duplexes (10 homes) as well as one single family custom home. I spearheaded the project at the W 26th Avenue and Bryant Street (zip code 80211). This was the first redevelopment of its kind in that area at that time. Homes in that area increased in value over 70% by the time the project had finished and multiple builders had then begun looking into the area for the potential I had envisioned in it. During this time I worked closely with an architect on designing the units, as well as with professionals from the City and County Building and Zoning Department.
Between 2004 through the present time I have continued working in the area of remodeling (fix and flip) properties and home additions. More recently, I have built four new custom houses. (837 Lowel Blvd., 2821 Franklin St., 2810 Humboldt St. and 4177 Xavier St.)
In 2013 I changed my company name to Classic Home Building and Remodeling, Inc. to fit the contemporary residential industry. Currently I am working on three single family residential new builds. Also, we are planning more builds for 2014.
In 2005 I obtained my real estate license, and since then have been involved in over 200 real estate transactions.
There are several highlights of my work; industry knowledge, project planning, market analysis and research of area listed and sold homes, highly skilled in all aspects of residential construction, very detail oriented, and long term relationships with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and professionals of the City and County of Denver Building and Zoning Department.
